First Day Packet

On the 1st day of every school year, students will bring home the FIRST DAY PACKET which contains paper forms to be filled out, signed and returned on the following day. Proof of residency (recent utility statement from SDG&E, land phone, water or cable under parent/guardian's name. It must be within the last 60 days and cannot be PAST DUE) is mandatory for every student. Permission to be in the Yearbook / ASB is in the packet too, refer here.

 

Make sure to keep up-to-date (within 30 days of change) home address/phone numbers/email addresses by updating your information under your parent account in PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal.
